Unity and Brotherhood are the Most Important and Main Words among Muslims / Manage Differences between Denominations Properly

خبر

According to the correspondent of Taqrib News Agency, the thirty-fifth analytical-specialized meeting of Taqrib News Agency was held virtually, focusing on the axes of the International Islamic Unity Conference.
Mawlawi Nazir Ahmad Salami, the representative of the Sunni people of Sistan and Baluchestan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts, addressed the issue of “mutual respect for each other’s sanctuaries and non-violence and extremism” and said: “Islam is the religion of mercy and our Prophet (PBUH) has been a prophet of kindness and mercy; A hadith has been narrated from the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said:
«الراحمون يرحمهم الرحمن ارحموا من في الأرض يرحمكم من في السماء»
Those who are kind and have compassion and affection towards the creatures of Allah, God the Almighty is also merciful to them; The religion of Islam and the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) and Islamic teachings are all far from violence and far from extremism; The beginning of the Qur’an is “In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful”, and these are among the attributes of God the Almighty; Islam does not like violence and extremism in any way, neither for Muslims nor for non-Muslims, and this is not desirable and does not mean God and the Prophet (PBUH).
He added: “There are some golden principles in relation to denominations that if the religious leaders apply these principles and follow these principles, they will never insult the sanctuaries and if the followers of denominations follow these principles, they will never offend the followers of other denominations.”
The first principle is that:
«نتعاون فیما اتفقنا علیه و یعذر بعضنا بعضا فیما اختلفنا فیه»
“cooperate with each other in your commonalities and apologize each other about what you disagree with each other.” It is an accepted principle that if the followers of denominations act on this principle, the differences between them will never lead to opposition and war and conflict.”
He added: “Another principle that is similar to the previous principle is that the followers of each denomination adhere to the principles of its own denomination, and does not abandon its own denomination and does not attack the others’ denomination, and if this principle is observed in disputes, there will be no problem; Disagreements are generally the result of ijtihad and the fruit of the intellect of the mujtahids, but they are valid; One of the sources of the rules of ijtihad are the mujtahids, and naturally when the minds are different; The fruits of intellects are also different, but in this regard, the followers of every mujtahid and the followers of every denomination must respect the principles of other denominations and ijtihads of their authorities and not attack the ijtihads and intellectual fruits of other mujtahids; These are our teachings from Islamic texts that we can understand and practice.
Mawlawi Salami continued: “Of course, when it comes to mutual respect, we must be careful that human beings have two dignities; The inherent dignity that God the Almighty says in this regard:
«وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ»
Another dignity is the dignity of faith and Islam; A person who is a believer and a Muslim, in addition to his inherent dignity, also has an attribute of dignity;
In addition to respecting each other, we must also keep in mind that if anyone does not respect us in terms of faith and Islam, we should not disrespect him because every human being has an innate dignity in terms of creation.”
The representative of the Sunni people of Sistan and Baluchestan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts said: “Therefore, if a group or sect and an individual insults our sanctities out of ignorance, we should not insult him;” If we study the biography of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and follow it, we can easily find this in his biography; The Prophet (PBUH) says: “I have been sent to perfect the virtues of morality, so the virtues of morality are higher than the advantages of morality; We have a prophet who was attributed to the virtues of morality and he said:
«إِنَّمَا بُعِثْتُ لِأُتَمِّمَ مَکَارِمَ الْأَخْلَاقِ».
He continued: “One of the important goals of the prophethood of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) is the completion of moral virtues; The virtue of morality is that if someone treats you badly; You have to treat him well; It is easy to answer evil with evil; If you are really a true believer, we should treat the one who has wronged you with love, friendship and kindness; We see this kind of behavior in the life of the Prophet (PBUH).
Mawlawi Salami added: “In Far Eastern countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia that have become Muslims, the Mujahideen did not go to conquer these countries, but Muslims and Arab businessmen went to these countries and with the sincerity, honesty, love and kindness shown by them, people were influenced and became Muslims; The role of kindness and compassion in the influence of minds is not revenge and violence; It is also stated in the Qur’an that:
« وَلَا تَسُبُّوا الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ فَيَسُبُّوا اللَّهَ عَدْوًا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ۗ»
Do not speak badly about the gods other than God which are worshiped by the infidels, for they insult your God in return; Insulting the religion and the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) is not tolerable, but no matter what our defense is, we can find the answer to this question in the life of the Prophet (PBUH); The Prophet (PBUH) confronted those who insulted the holy things with the necessary tact and vigilance and with a very vigilant thought.”
He pointed out: “In addition to mutual respect, Islam affirms and teaches non-mutual respect and says that human beings have inherent dignity and if they are not Muslims, they are respected as human beings; We must also respect their inherent dignity and honor.”
Mawlawi Salami emphasized in the end: “We should try to stop violence and extremism in religious differences and in sub-differences; Let’s deal with the other side with tact, understanding and reasoning, and with logic, and put the two main points mentioned in our roadmap so that we can be helpful in case of events and help each other, and manage disputes and excuse each other. Let us not attack other denominations and let us not abandon our religion, because if this principle is followed, our differences will be less and our distances will be less, and love and compassion will prevail among us.

Mamousta Mullah Mammad Kolshinejad, the Sunni Friday Imam of Urmia, while congratulating in advance on the occasion of the Unity Week and the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), said:
He said: “One of the most important needs of the Islamic society is unity and solidarity, and the main pain of the Islamic world is that we can eliminate the old hatred among Muslims.”
Kolshinejad added: “The enemy always benefits from this gap; Of course, the concept of unity that has been introduced in the last hundred years among the faithful and intellectual scholars and thinkers of the Islamic world; It is not for the Islamic sects to abandon their doctrinal or non-doctrinal principles in order to create Islamic unity, and to take the so-called commonalities of all differences and leave aside the coordinates of all; This is neither logical nor practical.”
He continued: “Therefore, Islamic sects, despite the differences they have in theology, jurisprudence, etc., due to the commonalities that exist between them, can shake hands with each other against the dangerous enemies of Islam and form a united front against them.”
The Friday Imam of Urmia emphasized: “Unity is one of the most beautiful and highest words that the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) mentioned, and unity and brotherhood as the most important and main words among Muslims, and other divine prophets have always emphasized this point. The Unified Ummah can stand up against infidelity, rebellion, and arrogance and bring unity to a monotheistic society.”
He pointed out: “The Prophet (PBUH) called Muhajirin and Ansar to the covenant of brotherhood and fraternity, also echoed the call of unity for the first time in Medina and caressed the hearts and souls of the ages with it; That is, all of us Muslims should set the Prophet (PBUH) as the greatest and main example for ourselves and try to put mutual respect, courtesy, avoidance of quarrels and desecration at the forefront of all our plans, and let’s look at it regardless of all ethnic, tribal and sectarian boundaries, because one of the most important issues for the Islamic world and the thinkers of the Islamic world today is Islamic unity, which must be taken very seriously so that the enemies cannot take advantage of us.”
