Palestinian cleric stressed that now we are in stage of "100 New Years" and Muslims should play a central role with unity, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
“After faith in Allah Almighty, "Islamic unity" is the most powerful weapon, because this unity creates security and protects the religion of Islam, the assets of Muslims in the world of Islam and the Arab world, as well as the question of Palestine. As you are aware, the Palestinian issue is one of the manifestations of "Islamic unity" between Shi’ites and Sunnis” he said.
“Those who seek to fragment the Islamic Ummah and are not happy to see this Ummah to progress in any way. They are the ones who bow before the Zionist enemy and enter into the process of normalizing relations with it” he added.
He stressed that “Islam is the shelter of all the children of the Islamic Ummah, throughout all ages until the Day of Judgment. That is why each of us serves the "Islamic Unity" project with our own thought and culture.”
Pointing out the establishment of "Islamic Unity" project at the gathering of Lebanese Muslim scholars, he noted “This gathering is actually one of the blessings of the Late Imam Khomeini (RA).”
Supporting the "Islamic Unity" project and the "Palestinian issue", he stated “Today, it is the Palestinian youth, Palestinian women and Palestinian men who are standing and confronting the arrogant and tyrannical Zionist enemy, by relying on the choice of Resistance.”
“Explaining the principles of pure Muhammadan Islam (PBUH) and describing the authentic Islam that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and his pure family brought to us, is one of the most effective ways to deal with Takfiri terrorism,” concluded Palestinian cleric.
World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has scheduled the 36th edition of the Islamic Unity Conference for October 9-11 ending with the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) also known as the Islamic Unity Week.
