Hujjat-ul-Islam Hujjatullah Fazeli, the head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader in Sunni affairs in Kermanshah, said in an interview with the reporter of Taqrib News Agency at the eve of Unity Week: “We are witnessing the intensification of differences in the region, especially among Islamic countries, by the United States, which has made the leaders of Islamic countries more passive.”
The head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader in Sunni affairs in Kermanshah stated: “In the meantime, many enemies, both inside and outside the country, are using the feelings of Muslims to create divisions in Islam and highlight any differences of opinion and tastes between Sunni brothers and Shiites, and by magnifying it, they seek to achieve their sinister goals.”
Hujjat-ul-Islam Fazeli, pointing out that the Unity Week is the result of the forward-looking view of the late Imam, said: “It was becoming a pretext for the enemies of the Islamic world, but Imam Khomeini prevented this great conspiracy.”
The head of the representative office of the Supreme Leader in Sunni affairs in Kermanshah stated: “Therefore, the great founder of the Islamic Revolution turned this issue into an opportunity in the Islamic world and by naming these days as Unity Week, they practically closed the way to seditionists.”
In the end, the professor of Kermanshah seminary said: “On the other hand, Unity Week should be a great opportunity for all of us to remember the commonalities between Islamic denominations, and this week can be considered as an opportunity to re-read the enemies’ conspiracies against unity among Muslims.”
