Javad Iraji, the cultural deputy of the World Forum for the Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, told Mehr News Agency: “The World Forum for the Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought intends to hold meetings on the threshold of Unity Week and the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference. In these meetings, professors and experts from Hawzah and universities will review the subjects of the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference, as well as the work entitled as “The Unified Islamic Ummah” and the Union of Islamic Countries”, which was written and presented by the Secretary General of the World Forum for the Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Hujjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Dr. Hamid Shahriari.
He stated: “The Unified Ummah” Group has been the basis for determining the subjects and axes of the conference and as a conceptual model, the context and framework of the plans and activities of the Forum will be in the new approach.
Iraji added: “According to the plan, these meetings will be held every week on Tuesday at 17:30 and simultaneously, will be live broadcasted from the conference website (www.iuc.taqrib.ir) and the Information Systems of the World Forum for the Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought.
According to Mehr News Agency, the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference with the slogan “Islamic Unity, Peace and Avoidance of Division and Conflict in the Islamic World” will be held in eight axes, on 12th to 17th of Rabi al-Awwal 1443, corresponding to 27th of Mehr to 2nd of Aban 1400, 19th to 24th of October 2021, with the presence of scholars and intellectuals from around the world.
