Abid Ali Abid Chairman of Peace Association from Denmark Calls Muslims to Maintain Islamic Brotherhood

Chairman of peace association from Denmark related on approaches to promote the model of Islamic brotherhood and virtues in the coexistence of Muslims in an address to the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference held by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought.
Abid Ali Abid, in his speech said coexistence is that Muslims lead their life and work according to the subjects and lessons given by Islam, Qur'an, Hadith and lessons taught from the holy Prophet of Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He noted that brotherhood is a close relation when one feels the same amid problems or crisis as one's brother, regardless of his religion, feels.
He said, "Brotherhood relations mean that we have the same approach for the other Muslims which we like for ourselves and for our children. The same approach and the feelings for the other friends and the family who are the believers of Islam; who believe on Quran; who believe on Mohammad (PBUH) and His teachings."
He stressed important of showing humanity and acting according to lessons of humanity and that is when one truly acts according to that.
The scholar also related on the payments based on Islam naming alms and other charities.
He hailed the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought over holding the annual Islamic unity event in order to discuss the latest issues challenging Muslims.
Danish scholar made the remarks at the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference which was held in the capital Tehran on October 19-24 mainly in virtual meetings of Muslim scholars, intellectuals and thinkers from across the globe. The theme for Islamic Unity Conference 2021 was "Islamic Unity, Peace and Avoidance of Division and Conflict in the World of Islam."
