Ayatollah Mohammad Andalib Hamedani, a senior professor and Member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, first congratulated the birth of the Holy Prophet of Islam and their son, Imam Ja'far Sadiq (AS), and referred to the beginning of the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference with the slogan "Islamic unity, peace and the avoidance of division and strife in the Islamic world," he said: "Interaction is a fundamental condition of Proximity; Interaction in adding words naturally takes on a new meaning.
He added: "Human, religious, Islamic, religious, national, political interaction and all these interactions show one-dimensionality of the word interaction." In fact, the root of all interactions can be named in scientific interaction in the Islamic field and with a look at the humanities.
He continued: "This type of interaction is specific to all scientists in the Islamic world, which is very important in the unity conference."
Andalib Hamedani stated: The first point is to accept that we are different, which means that just as our geography and skin color are different, so are our tastes, and therefore we should not excommunicate or insult our opponent. Not only should we not reject jurisprudential, theological, interpretive, and other disciplines, but we should also welcome scientific differences.
He stated: We should not be unaware of the spirit of religion, the basis of the Holy Quran and Sunnah, human dignity and justice. One should not limit oneself to detailed arguments, one should not abandon law, which is an advanced science, and one should not ignore ethics in jurisprudential interaction and neglect the affairs of other humanities.
Andalib Hamedani acknowledged: "Contemporary jurisprudence today is different from contemporary jurisprudence that has been discussed in the past.
In the end, he emphasized: it should be noted that our jurisprudence has both facilities and signatures. In the field of signatures of jurisprudential, criminal and political transactions, we should not deviate from our human findings and we should make sufficient use of reason, rational manners and human data in the same area of dynamic Islamic jurisprudence, the Qur'an and the Prophetic tradition.
